Before you register

Is Phase 3 RERA registered?

Yes. Ashiana Aaroham Phase III is registered with HARERA Gurugram as 55 of 2026, dated 19 August 2026 (RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/1083/815/2026/55). You can verify it on haryanarera.gov.in.

When does Phase 3 launch, and when does EOI open?

Phase 3 is expected to launch in December 2026. The Expression of Interest (EOI) window is tentatively expected to open from 15 November 2026; the final date will be confirmed by the developer. EOI holders are typically prioritised for unit selection at launch; EOI amount and terms are as set by the developer.

What does registering here commit me to?

Nothing. Registering with us gets you the price sheet, floor plans and EOI details ahead of the EOI window (tentatively 15 November). We'll help you submit your EOI when the window opens.

Where exactly is the project?
